A not very current news is from 17th August, 2023 for those who make comics, paint and draw, the new beta version 5.2.0 of the Krita software was released.

Vector shapes not swapping the current fg/bg color (BUG:461692)

Fix a crash when using “Paste into Active Layer” (BUG:462223)

Layer Styles: label the Outer Glow page as Outer, not Inner Glow. (BUG:462091)

Parse transfer characteristics from ICC profiles. Patch by Rasyuqa, thanks! (BUG:45911)

Fix handling ICC color primaries and white point detections. Patch by Rasyuqa, thanks!

Remove two obsolete actions from the action list in settings->configure Krita->shortcuts

A recent news informs us that the open source program Krita has reached a new release with version 5.1.3 .

From my experience I can say that it is the best program that includes enough features for those who want to use 2D graphics. From simple tasks, simple modifications, painting or animation, this program does it all.

You can add your name and contribute to this open-source app that works on multiple operating systems with a contribution on their official page.

Two bundle for Krita V1 real pencils.

If you like to draw with pencils then you can find two bundles for Krita software on this link and this link.

After downloading and unarchiving you will see two files with the extension named bundle.

Go to the main menu and open Manage Resources.

Use the Import Bundles button to import both bundle files and you will see are imported into your Krita.
